In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don't worry! The following information will help you process your return: 

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call (888)426-4778 to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment.  No return will be accepted 30 days after item is shipped.  

 

  1. Please send an email to sales@compressedairsolutionsllc.com or call (888)426-4778 to begin the return process.
  2. Once your request is reviewed, you will email a document containing a RMA reference number to include with the merchandise being sent back.   
  3. Customer to ship returns to Compressed Air Solutions.  Customer pays shipping charges on all return items.  
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of item, Compressed Air Solutions  will credit customer's account, ship a replacement spare part, or credit customer's credit card less a restocking fee up to 50% .
  5. Compressed Air Solutions may deny return if the spare part is not returned in like new condition or does not meet warranty requirements.
