In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don't worry! The following information will help you process your return:
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call (888)426-4778 to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions.
We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment. No return will be accepted 30 days after item is shipped.
- Please send an email to sales@compressedairsolutionsllc.com or call (888)426-4778 to begin the return process.
- Once your request is reviewed, you will email a document containing a RMA reference number to include with the merchandise being sent back.
- Customer to ship returns to Compressed Air Solutions. Customer pays shipping charges on all return items.
- Upon receipt and inspection of item, Compressed Air Solutions will credit customer's account, ship a replacement spare part, or credit customer's credit card less a restocking fee up to 50% .
- Compressed Air Solutions may deny return if the spare part is not returned in like new condition or does not meet warranty requirements.
